Hi! I’m Rupali and I am proud to be a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer… among other things.
My former career as a Designer & Project Manager had left me burnt out with terrible sleep, and bad food choices to offset my stress. In the past few years, I have reversed some potentially serious health conditions like heart disease and diabetes that run in my family. My health issues fueled my desire to leave a toxic career and become a Health Coach, and I have not once looked back.
I became a patient of PIH in March of 2024 and have worked on my gut health, adrenals, and have undergone a mold and metal detox. I decided it was time to fully invest in myself.
I strongly believe that my journey happened so that I can help others discover their whys and learn how to make changes to improve their quality of life. As a former couch potato who suffered from anxiety and depression, I know how difficult it can be to envision and work towards a healthier life. I am here to help you take those steps and build new habits that work for you.
Some of my other certifications include: NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coaching Certification. Other recent certifications are the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach and The Resilient Heart™: Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Course and Certification . My deep love of learning fuels me so I can effectively coach individuals based on their specific needs.
I am extremely passionate about traveling, cooking, baking, fitness, writing, learning new languages, and preventative medicine. I am also a mother of two amazing teens and volunteer at my local animal shelter.
Brianna is Licensed Functional Nutritionist with a “let food be thy medicine” philosophy. Due to her varied experiences in functional medicine practices, medically certified health club, and as a health educator in one of the top nutraceutical companies, she has dealt with a wide range of patient populations and medical conditions.
Brianna completed her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health and has worked under Ph.D. and D.C.N. nutritionists taught by some of the best in the field! She continued to hone her skills in the Nutraceutical Industry where she earned a Dietary Supplement Specialist certification (D.S.S.).
Her first-hand experience of nutrition as medicine sparked a life-long journey into the world of health and wellness. Growing up with two older brothers with a genetic health condition, Cystic Fibrosis, she learned from a young age the amazing healing power of whole foods and functional medicine. What started as a shortened life expectancy (just 18-years-old at the time) resulted in two healthy adults who thrive on whole foods and nutraceutical supplements instead of medication.
After living in Hawaii for a few years, she unearthed her life purpose to leave a positive
impact on the world by sharing evidence-based information and awakening people to the beauty of a wholistic lifestyle!
Brianna loves learning and is often expanding her knowledge through listening to audiobooks, attending webinars and conferences in the nutritional and functional medicine field to keep up with cutting-edge research. In her free time, you can find Brianna spending time with her husband and three boys, hiking, kayaking, soaking up the sun and sand, listening to podcasts, enjoying mindful practices like meditation, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Brianna’s approach
Brianna considers all aspects of the patient’s life when helping them achieve their health goals by getting to the root cause of system imbalances through a thorough intake and functional testing when warranted. This results in a personalized wellness plan including nutrition, targeted nutraceuticals and lifestyle modifications. Her desire is to provide guidance and support in helping individuals figure out a pattern of eating that enables them to feel their very best both physically and emotionally.
Areas of specialty include digestive dysfunction, weight loss inhibition,
chronic conditions, dyslipidemia, inflammation, pain, metabolic dysfunction, autoimmunity,
diabetes and food intolerance. Additionally, she uses nutrigenomic tests as another
supportive modality to personalize treatment plans, or simply promote optimal health in health-oriented individuals who wish to “get ahead” of potential health concerns.
Dr. Conny of Princeton Integrative Health has known the benefits of chiropractic care for her entire life. A native to New Jersey, she started seeing a chiropractor when she was 6 months old after having multiple ear infections and pneumonia. From childhood, she has understood that chiropractic is about keeping your nervous system healthy because it controls EVERYTHING. She grew up knowing that getting adjusted at the first sign of a cold meant she would feel better quickly because her body was able to function better. Therefore, when she decided to go to chiropractic school, she found she’d been living a chiropractic lifestyle all along and that this profession was perfectly in line with her philosophical beliefs and trust in the body to heal.
From the beginning of her chiropractic education knew she was passionate about prenatal/pediatric chiropractic, however becoming a mom in her last year of chiropractic school really inspired her to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible. She was adjusted throughout her entire pregnancy and her 4 sons have been adjusted since day one.
Dr. Conny is certified in the Webster Technique which is a gentle chiropractic technique for balancing the pelvis and optimizing nerve function during pregnancy. She is also an advocate for natural childbirth and breastfeeding.
