RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
Its personalized approach is based on the science of neuroplasticity combined with the beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and neuroscience. Often times our negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions are so deeply buried in our subconscious, that we are completely unaware of how they may be impacting us.

The first part of the process involves exploration through conscious discovery and conversation. Jenna will ask you questions to guide you toward your goals, challenges, and potential subconscious blocks. You may discuss your current state situation as well as your history, including health, family, dreams, and desires.
Following the discovery, Jenna will guide you into hypnosis, which is no more than a very relaxed, parasympathetic state. It's in this state that we are able to remove the noise of the conscious mind to tap into the subconscious. Jenna will then guide you back to past events that may have created certain belief systems or blocks that continue to impact you in the present. For many, these scenes will arise naturally. Jenna will ask about what you’re seeing and what you’re feeling in these moments and you will process these scenes together in a way that allows you interpret and transform their impact, as appropriate.
This is a part of the session where you may greet, and comfort, your younger self. Where it becomes clear how those scenes—those points of trauma or impact really impacted you. It’s also where you start to heal.
The incredible thing about RTT is that it isn’t reserved for only those who have experienced major traumas. This is healing for any person who has experienced anything in his / her life that may have impacted self-worth, self-esteem, confidence, growth, success, healing, etc.
Since we know from neuroscience that it takes 21-days to rewire the brain / mind, a very impactful part of this therapy is the transformational recording. This is a recording of portions of your session that Jenna will instruct you to listen to every day or every night to reinforce the benefits of the session and support the neuroplasticity process.
Being in a hypnotic state throughout an RTT session can be described as an “awake nap". You feel incredibly relaxed, but very conscious of everything you are feeling and saying.
You don’t say anything without a filter or anything you wouldn’t otherwise say while fully awake; it’s just that you’re so tapped into your self and emotion that it doesn’t feel embarrassing or revealing to share what you’re truly experiencing or feeling.
Another way to describe it is, it’s similar to the state of zen you feel right before you fall asleep, or when you sit in silence for a while, except you stay there in that state, and are able to converse.
