Your initial consultation is designed to help us deeply understand your health story, identify patterns, and begin connecting the dots between your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals.
By the end of your visit, your practitioner will often have developed an initial clinical hypothesis about the underlying factors that may be contributing to your concerns. Based on this working hypothesis, you will typically leave with meaningful, actionable recommendations that you can begin implementing right away. These may include targeted nutrition strategies, lifestyle modifications, stress reduction techniques, nervous system regulation practices, sleep optimization, gut support, immune-balancing interventions, hormone-supportive strategies, or other personalized recommendations aligned with your unique needs.
This same clinical hypothesis also helps guide decisions about additional testing. While advanced diagnostics can provide valuable insights, we do not believe in ordering unnecessary tests or taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Some patients may benefit from specialized assessments, while others may have sufficient information available to move forward confidently without extensive testing.
Our goal is always to be thoughtful, strategic, and cost-conscious, recommending only those diagnostics that are most likely to meaningfully inform your care plan and accelerate progress.
If additional testing is recommended, our team will coordinate the process and guide you every step of the way. Depending on the tests selected, samples may be collected at home through convenient saliva, urine, or stool kits, completed in our office, or drawn through a local laboratory.
Once all available information has been gathered and reviewed, we will meet with you for your Report of Findings appointment. During this visit, your practitioner will walk you through your results, explain the key drivers impacting your health, and present a personalized roadmap designed to help you restore balance, build resilience, optimize performance, and achieve lasting vitality.
